You can freely assemble the product into different tiers as long as the sider bar and basket quantity allow.However, for example, if you want to break down a 4-tier one into 2 2-tier tower, there is only one set of cap to cover the top slot (for the side bar to insert when another tier on top is needed). So you will have one tower with holes where a side bar or a cap should have been inserted there.For the same reason, one tower is with wheels, and the other one without.
