DESCRIPTION:
Stainless Steel 304 woven wire mesh roll suitable for insect screen door/window, or for industrial use: water or air filtering, dust control or material handling. Wire is not flexible enough to fit for spline roller or utility knife.
FEATURES:
This series of products include stainless steel 304 or 316L products in different sheet size and wire specs or grid specs. Suitable for many occasions, and for both industrial or home uses.Made of stainless steel grade 304.
We have both Grade 304 and 316L, generally speaking 316L is a marine grade and does not rust even under sea water.
Note the mesh is woven which means the wires are not soldered and could move under impact.
The mesh wire thickness is 5MM
Mesh hole size is around 2.2MM x 2.2MM
GSM is 1000GSM.
Suitable for many purposes, such as windows, doors, air or water filtering, gutter guard, insect proof, material filering or handling.
The wire is thick and you can't cut it with regular knife or scissors.
You need a metal wire cutter.
Sharp edges! - the wire could penetrate most regular gloves and hurt your hand!
The mesh overall is not flexible, and you can't install it using a spline roller. Probably you have to keep the edge flat while fixing to the frame.
