DESCRIPTION:
Two tools only for carton box strapping and other light duty bundles. You'll need to have the right type of strap and clips to start a job. It fits only for Plastic/PET/PP strap with max width 16mm.
FEATURES:
Light duty manual strapping tool series, best for strapping cartons, box, or cardboard, etc. Usually it works with light duty straps and clips for light duty jobs.
Tools only (tensioner and sealer) for carton box strapping or other light duty bundles.
You'll need the right type of straps and clips to start a job.
The tensioner is specially designed to work with Plastic/PET/PP straps (max width 16mm). It has a max tension of 200KG, and may not fit for other straps. Definitely not for the steel strap.
The sealer fits for clips which has no more than 20mm in width, and no more than 8mm in thickness. The strap should has a max width of 16mm, and max thickness of 2mm.
The sealer/crimper crumples the clips by great force to create friction on the surface of the strap and seal the ends. Therefore, the clips must be soft enough to be crumpled.
Please note that the clips, tools and strap must all match each other in order to work or to achieve the best results. If you are unsure, you can buy our ready bundles.
