FEATURES:
This manual metal strapping series is designed for heavy-duty use with metal straps, ideal for securing heavy loads such as pallets, timber, logs, and bricks. Metal straps have distinct advantages over other materials such as PET, PP, or plastic, as they offer high breaking strength, low extendability, and are less prone to breaking on sharp corners.
To start a job, a strap, clip, tensioner, and crimper are all necessary components. It's highly recommended to use a trolley. Handing this series requires significant physical strength even when a trolley is used.
Designed for heavy duty strapping jobs.
Fit for straps with width 16-19mm and thickness max 1mm.
Length of the clip is around 45mm.
Thickness of the material: 0.5mm
This clip is not for any other types of straps.
The clips have limited rust proof function.
It is supposed to be cut on both sides with notches to seal the straps.
Keep in mind that the sealer must have a minimum opening of 22mm.
Once sealed, the clips become wrinkled and sharp, posing a risk of injury to your fingers.
The clips, tools, and the strap must all match each other in order to work or to achieve the best results. Not all straps or sealers are compatible this clip.
