DESCRIPTION:
This trolley helps to carry the heavy strap roll, clips and tools all in one place for heavy duty strapping jobs. Dispenser is only for Metal/Steel Strap roll with max diameter of 60cm.

FEATURES:
This manual strapping series is designed for heavy-duty use with metal straps, ideal for securing heavy loads such as pallets, timber, logs, and bricks. Metal straps have distinct advantages over other materials such as PET, PP, or plastic, as they offer high breaking strength, low extendability, and are less prone to breaking on sharp corners.

To start a job, a strap, clip, tensioner, and crimper are all necessary components. It's highly recommended to use this trolley because handing these strap and tools requires significant physical strength even when a trolley is used.
The dispenser is only for Metal/Steel Strap roll with max outer diameter of 60cm and max width of 20mm.
The trap holder has a max width of 60cm, and depth of 25cm.
The strap must be running continously as one roll starting from the outside layer.
The tool box is supposed to hold the clips, the tensioner and the sealer, all are not included.
Keep in mind that the size of the box is only 38cm L x 20cm W 10cm H, it is smaller than the tools in most cases.
The dispenser is designed to hold only Metal/Steel Strap roll. It has 4 rollers with bearings(2 on the top edges and 2 on the bottom) to make the spinning easier when you pull out the strap from the outside layer.
Assembly is needed. It takes around 20 minutes to assemble the trolley from the package. There will be no additional user manual. Please refer to the photos for assembly detail.
