Dody group has just formed an entity and start online store in 2012. But our team has very close connections with overseas electronics suppliers and factories.

We are determined in providing the lowest prices to consumers and businesses in Australia.  Some factors that allow us to sell for cheaper are; direct sources from factories, great buying power, exclusive pricing and models, much lower overheads compared to mass merchants & quick stock turnover to ensure our customers are receiving the latest prices and products.

5: Do you have an extra surcharge for VISA, Mastercard , EFTPOS or Amex?

Dody has no surcharge on Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS. There may be a surcharge for Amex.

6: Are their any hidden costs with a purchase through dody.com.au?

All prices are inclusive of GST. We have no surcharge for VISA, Mastercard and EFTPOS. Amex may incur a surcharge. Please check with your sales representative if you require additional services or products to meet your requirements.

7: Is it cheaper for cash?

At dody.com.au prices are always cheap. We are always determined and willing to supply our products at the lowest prices in Australia. Whether you pay by cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard you are entitled to the same best prices in the nation! We do not have any EFTPOS, VISA & Mastercard surcharge. There may be a surcharge on Amex.

8: How can I pay for your order?

We accept the following payment options; cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, cheque (requires funds clearance), Australian money order. Customers that are unable to 
attend a store, such as interstate customers can make payment via EFT, direct deposit or by BPAY if they wish to use their credit card. Paypal is also available, but not suggested, and is subject to 3% surcharge.

9: What service do I get from your company?

At dody.com.au we are always happy to assist our customers with our expertises, honest and friendly advice and approach in handling general support or sale enquiries. We can also help liaise with the warranty provider of your ordered products in case of assistance being required. For all the products that fall out of warranty, every dody store has a service centre for inspections, repairs, parts and upgrades.

10: What is your charge for delivery?

All of the products can be delivered to anywhere in Australia at different rates. Orders will shipped from Hong Kong/Shenzhen,China or from within Australia. Usually there is specific shipping information available under each item listed. Overnight delivery can be arranged if required at an additional charge. 

11: How long is the delivery time?

The average national delivery time within Australia is 1-3 days once the order leaves our store. Overnight shipping can also be arranged at an additional cost. The total delivery time from the date of ordering is approximately 5-14 working days (not including weekends and public holidays). If shipped from Hong Kong/Shenzhen, China, the shipping time from finishing payment to receiving orders may takes 10-20 days.

12: What happens if I get a lemon out of the box?

Dody.com.au has a 7 day defective item exchange policy on most of its products. This means that if the product was purchased brand new and is defective and confirmed via the product vendor (manufacturer) with a DOA code within 7 days of the original invoice date, the item will be exchanged with a new one provided dody group has stock available to do so. Please check with a dody representative for further details and conditions.

13: Do you ship to international destinations?

Dody.com.au can ship to international destinations. For international shipping enquires and arrangements please send an email to us. Shipping to destinations other than Australia may incur huge amount of shipping costs, and thus a Hong Kong-based shipping method is highly suggested.

2: Where can i get a new build-in battery?

It often happens when batteries die and the device does not work, in that case, we do not suggest customers open the device and change the battery by themselves. Instead, please mail back the item to our store we will have it replaced.

3: Where can i get a new AC Adaptor?

We can supply AC adaptors for nearly all makes and models of products sold. Please call us for AC adaptor quotes and availability or visit a store near you.

4: What does HDMI mean?

HDMI is a multimedia interface for high definition graphics and sound. It is typically found on new devices that are heavy on graphics. It is typically used in connecting your tablet to a high definition external display via HDMI.

5: Where can I find wireless hot spots?

Nowadays wireless internet is more common than ever and coverage is increasing at rapid rates. Some cities around the world are totally wireless. You can generally find wireless hot spots in popular parks, certain streets, restaurants & cafes. Also many work environments offer wireless to their employees during work in the office. Some areas will have wireless coverage which the wireless provider will require payment for you to gain access and use their service.
